Future Bulldogs High on Final CSB List

Pair of Northland Natives Also on Prospects List

A pair of future University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs could be picked early at the National Hockey League Draft this summer in Buffalo, N.Y.

Riley Tufte, Minnesota’s Mr. Hockey, maintained his spot as the 17th best North American skater according to the Central Scouting Bureau.  Tufte has been touted as a likely first round pick.

Another incoming freshman, Joey Anderson of the U.S. National Team Development Program’s Under-18 squad dropped four spots to 56.  He could be taken in the late-2nd to mid-3rd round.

Among locals, Grand Rapids’ Mitchell Mattson was 61st, down from 49 at mid-season.  Hibbing’s Scott Perunovich, also a UMD commit, slipped from 109 to 161.
