Police: Shots Fired During Argument in Duluth

No one was injured after shots were fired during an argument in Duluth on Sunday. 

The Duluth Police Department responded to the area of 4th Avenue East and 1st Street just after midnight on reports of a disturbance involving a large group of people arguing and someone possibly having a weapon. 

When police arrived, they determined a shot was fired. 

A St. Louis County K9 was called in and located a gun in the area. 

Police say the parties knew each other and this was not a random act. 

The incident remains under investigation.
