For this week’s Cooking Connection we made a recipe out of the book with the book’s author, Robert Lillegard.
When Pigs Fly Bacon Sundae
-Scoop your choice of ice cream into bowl
-Add pecans to one side of the ice cream scoops
-Add bacon to opposite side of the bowl
-Drizzle caramel sauce over ice cream
-Sprinkle Pink Himalayan Sea Salt over ice cream
