One of the tall ship’s trip to Duluth and the United States could be threatened.

The Draken Harald Harfagre, a Norwegian tall ship may need 400 thousand dollars to sail the great lakes. Tall ships coming in to waters under jurisdiction of the U.S. Coast Guard requires pilots, which cost around 400 dollars an hour. Sons of Norway in partnership with other organizations is raising money to help the Draken Harald Harfagre get through the Great Lakes.
