Duluth Residents Notice a Lack of Political Signs Up

Less people advocating in yards this year

It’s presidential election season but maybe you noticed something a little different this time around in Duluth.

It appears less people are taking to their yards to advocate for their favorite local and national candidates.

A new Minnesota poll shows Donald Trump closing Hillary Clinton’s lead, which mirrors national polls showing the presidential race tightening.

No matter who you are voting for, locals think that it is important to show support.

Jennifer Boyle, a Duluth resident, said “We are back in school now and our usual routine. It’s time to think about the election and people really need to get engaged.”

The 2016 general election takes place on November 8th.
