A New Plan for Small Businesses

The Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce is launching a new program to help small businesses.

Partnering with the Hermantown Federal Credit Union as the sponsor, the program will award an enhanced chamber membership package to an area business.

They are hoping that the products and services they provide will benefit small businesses and startups in the community.

Applicant businesses must be less than five years old and must employ ten or less full time employees.

Karen Pionk, the Executive Director, said “We understand the value of small business to our community and we appreciate the risk they take in pursuit of their dreams.”

The recipient will be announced at an annual luncheon on November 17th.
