UMD Bulldogs to Host Haunted Halls

This is the 21st year for the campus event

The University of Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs are preparing for their 21st annual Haunted Halls, trick-or-treating in UMD’s residence halls.

The event will take place on October 25 from 5-7 p.m at 513 Niagara Court. All 5 residence halls will be participating in Haunted Halls.

The event is free and open to the public and is designed for children between the ages of three and 12 years old.

In addition to good old fashioned trick-or-treating, UMD students are planning food, craft, and carnival stations, all inspired by this year’s “Zootopia” theme.

The event is completely organized by students who say they’re using their living spaces as a way to get to know Duluth better, and have a chance to get to know the community.

Organizers are partnering with Animal Allies Humane Society and are suggesting a donation to the organization.

Last year, nearly 2,000 people walked the Haunted Halls at UMD.
