Hermantown ICO Sells Building To Kwik Trip

The recent sale of an ICO gas station, has one popular restaurant looking for a new home.

Hermantown’s Japanese restaurant the Zen House will be soon calling the Woodland neighborhood home, after the ICO sold the building to Kwik Trip.

Moving a business across town is always a daunting task, but management tells FOX 21 that they are excited for the adventure.

“We’re not going to lose our die-hards, they’re all excited to go to Woodland and move forward with us, it’s great. I’m excited,” says Zen House Manager, Joe Shortino

The restaurant hopes to reopen their doors in late November; they will continue to update their next moves on the company’s Facebook page.
