UPDATE: Missing Girl Found Safe in Missouri

With a man being sought for questioning in a toddler's death in Arden Hills

UPDATE: The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office reports that Nelson Soto-Lopez and Cristal Oliva Aguilar were located in Missouri early Wednesday morning. Oliva Aguilar is safe and Soto Lopez is in custody.

ORIGINAL REPORT:

The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office and the Blaine Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered child.

Cristal Marie Oliva-Aguilar, 5, is in the company of Nelson Geovanny Soto-Lopez, 24. Oliva-Aguilar was last seen wearing purple pants and brown and black jacket.

Soto-Lopez is begin sought for questioning in the death of a toddler in the City of Blaine on the morning of November 8, 2016.

Both were last seen on foot leaving an address in Arden Hills.
