Level III Predatory Offender Relocating to Duluth

The Duluth Police Department is notifying the public on the release and relocation of a Level III Predatory Offender to the Duluth area.
Forty-three-year-old, James Demetrius Redd is currently living in the vicinity of the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.
He is described as an African-American male, 5’6″ tall, 183 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Redd has a history of sexual conduct and contact with adolescent female victims, ages 14-15. He was briefly known to victims.
