UMD Prepares for Production of “She Loves Me”

President of Chanhassen Dinner Theaters is Guest Director

The University of Minnesota Duluth is putting on a Tony award winning musical this weekend.

Theater students will be performing “She Love Me” for two weekends.

The guest director is Michael Brindisi, the Artistic Director and President of the Chanhassen Dinner Theaters in Chanhassen, MN.

Brindisi says it’s been refreshing to work with the students this semester.

The story is about two store clerks who constantly bump heads at work, but are each falling for anonymous romantic pen pals that happen to be each other.

The production will take place December 1-3 & 7-10 at 7:30 p.m. at the Marshall Performing Arts Center.

On December 4 there will be a matinee at 2 p.m.

You can get tickets on the UMD website or at the box office by calling 218-726-8561.

Tickets are $21 for adults, $16 for seniors and UMD faculty and staff, $10 for students and $8 UMD students.
