Gifts for Teens Raises Donations for Teenagers

People are encouraged to bring unwrapped gifts to drop-off locations throughout the Twin Ports.

The Gifts for Teens drive is collecting gifts for kids in need ages twelve to seventeen.

The donations will then be given away at a party at the Boys and Girls Club

“When you give, it’s a lot nicer than receiving. I know all of our moms have always said that and dads have said that, but it’s really true. If you give, you feel a lot better about yourself. It doesn’t have to be a lot of money,” said Pat Ringold, the owner of Benna Ford in Superior.

Donations can be dropped off now until December 21st. The drive is looking for any unwrapped gift that is age appropriate and will accept gift cards.

Items can be dropped off in boxes at FOX 21, Benna Ford, Mount Royal, the Boys and Girls Club of the Northland, the Duluth Chamber of Commerce, and the Sheraton Duluth.
