Thousands Visit Glensheen for Christmas Tour

Representatives Say This Year's Tour is 'Bigger and Better'

Glensheen’s Christmas tours started on Friday, and with close to 2,000 people visiting the historic mansion over the thanksgiving weekend, the opening was successful.

This year Glensheen’s Christmas tour brought back the 25 Christmas trees, all decorated differently, and Nativity Decorations. If you have kids, they may be excited to find the 25 elves hiding all around the mansion.

“It’s just a really wonderful time to experience Glensheen as the family home that it was,” said Jane Pederson, the Marketing Director for Glensheen.

The weekend Christmas tours are self-guided, while the week day tours are lead by guides at Glensheen.
