Nikki’s Notebook: Child Safety

Classmate Educates Students On Safety

Finally getting answers to what happened to Jacob Wetterling has been a difficult journey for his friends and family, but it is not the end of work for the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center.

Jacobs’ 6th grade classmate Alison Feigh started working with the Center after Jacob’s disappearance inspired her to work on child safety as an adult.

She gave a presentation called “Empower Me” teaching safety to children in K-5 grades Tuesday in Proctor.

The presentation was free thanks to a donation from the Proctor REA3D Foundation.
