Lutheran Social Services are Collecting Diapers

The Goal is to Raise 25,000

The Lutheran Social Services crisis nursery is kicking off their Diaper drive.

The goal of the drive is to raise 25,000 diapers for families in need.  The LSS Crisis nursery serves around 700 families each year, who are in a financial crisis and need a little extra help. This year diaper sizes 1, 6, and pull-ups are most needed, but all sizes are appreciated.

“We’ve been in operation for many years, and what we’ve found is that it’s a proven method in relieving parental stress and financial stress on parents,” said Amber Male, the Program Coordinator at LSS Crisis Nursery.
