Multiple shots fired
40-year-old Rusty Kallis of Proctor is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly trying to shoot his live-in girlfriend.
He’s accused of firing numerous rounds in a home on the 100-block of fifth street.
The shooting occurred after getting into an argument with his girlfriend.
Other than the attempted murder charge, Kallis is also facing charges of making threats of violence and assault in the second-degree.
No one was injured.
His next court date is set for Dec. 15.
