Level III Predatory Offender Notification in Iron, Minn.

Adam Hart moved to Iron as of Nov. 18, 2016

The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public of a Level III Predatory Offender that has moved into the the town of Iron, Minnesota.

Adam Hart, 38, has relocated to Iron, as of November 18, 2016. Hart has served his sentence imposed on him by the court, and is now transitioning within the community.

He is currently living at the 4100 block of Admiral Road.

Hart has a history of sexual conduct with adolescent females (age 13-17), contact has included sexual touching and penetration. Force was used to gain compliance, and the offender was known to his victims.

An notification meeting will be held by the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office on December 13, 2016 at the Clinton Town Hall in Iron. Representatives form the Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be available to provide useful information on public safety.
