Big Bundle Up Receives Big Donation

An anonymous donor donated nearly 800 pieces of winter gear to the drive.

The Big Bundle Up is collecting new and gently used winter gear for those in need.

An anonymous donor donated nearly eight hundred scarves, gloves, and hats.

These items will be given to Northwest Community Action, CASDA, and the Harbor House Crisis Center.

“The more comfort they feel the more safe and secure they feel in their home and in their day to day lives the better it’s going to be for them in the long run,” said CASDA children’s program coordinator Nicole Nemec.

The Bundle Up campaign continues until January 2nd. There is a drop-off location at the Richard Bong Veterans Historical Center in Superior and at other Travel Wisconsin Welcome Centers throughout the state.
