Hartley Nature Center Offers Winter Camp for Kids

Making Winter Fun, While Learning During Holiday Break

DULUTH, Minn. – Many of you probably have the week off from school, or just simply want to stay inside, bundle up, and forget about the cold. However, the opportunities are endless when it comes to exploring in the winter.

With the beginning of winter finally here, Hartley Nature Center is taking on the task of making the season bright.

For the school holiday break in December, kids ages four to nine can participate in winter-themed Holiday Break Camps.

The camp runs from December 27 through December 30. Hartley camps are jam-packed with time to explore the woods, get creative with snowy art projects, or try out a new winter sport.

For parents, options and schedules are offered to accommodate family schedules and include half or whole day options, supervised lunch and early drop off.

And to keep the fun of winter alive, Winter Break Camps are offered the week of February 20-24, 2017.

The best way to get all the information you need for all camps is to check out the website or call 724-6735.
