Duluth Man Charged In Lincoln Park Shooting

DULUTH, Minn. – A Duluth man is facing an assault charge after his alleged involvement in a shooting that happened early Sunday morning in Lincoln Park.

On Tuesday, January 31, Quentin Lake, 27, appeared in court after authorities say he shot a man three times.

The criminal complaint states the victim, a 25-year-old male, was with friends at an apartment party after bar close.

Outside the apartment, an altercation between the victim and Lake took place, resulting in Lake allegedly pulling a gun from behind his back and shooting the victim.

It’s reported that the man was shot once in the hand and twice in the chest. He is currently in critical condition, according to authorities.

Bail for Lake is currently set at $200,000 with conditions, or $20,000 cash.
