The incident happened Sept. 24, 2016

DULUTH, Minn. – A Duluth man, Robert John Lund, 47, was convicted on four counts of aiding and abetting second degree attempted murder, four counts of aiding and abetting drive-by shooting, and one count of ineligible possession of a firearm, according to St. Louis County Attorney Mark Rubin said.
For four hours, a St. Louis County jury deliberated before returning the guilty verdicts.
“These guilty verdicts signal our community’s absolute intolerance for gun violence. The successful prosecution of all five co-defendant, including three juveniles, resulted from a diligent investigation by the Hermantown Police Department and assisting agencies,” said Assistant St. Louis County Attorney Nathaniel Strumme.
Lund’s sentencing is scheduled for Thursday, March 23 at 9:15 a.m.
