East Superior Street Building Sold To California Investor

DULUTH, Minn. – A large building in the heart of Downtown Duluth has been sold to an unknown investor out of California.

The building is at the corner of Superior Street and First Avenue East.

It’s now owned by “101 East Michigan, LLC., out of Walnut Creek, California.

That 101 East Michigan address is coming from the street just below Superior Street, which the building is part of.

While the future of the building was not clear Wednesday because of confidentiality agreements between the buyer and seller, Dana Cosler of Bullseye Land Company, LLC., FOX 21’s Dan Hanger has learned the current tenants will be staying put for now, including the longtime Old Town Antiques.

Chinese Dragon and Bullseye Silkscreen and Embroidery are the other two tenants in this building.

Cosler said Duluth realtor Greg Follmer is the person managing the building and is the point person for 101 East Michigan, LLC.

Follmer confirmed this information but would not say who is behind the LLC.
