Kenwood Village Open for Business
Developers Held Ribbon-Cutting Friday
DULUTH, Minn. – Another in a series of mixed use developments in Duluth is open for business.
United properties celebrated the opening of Kenwood Village with a ribbon cutting Friday afternoon.
The new building features luxury apartments as well as retail space. Developers say Friday’s opening marked the end of a three year process.
“Our vison from three years ago has come to reality,” said Rick McKelvi of United Properties. “It’s very rewarding to stand here today and be able to welcome the public to see it, and be part of it and hopefully enjoy it as we have.”
Developers add the building should be fully operational by summer. Kenwood Village was built at a price tag Of about $20 million.
