Bulldogs Ready for Frozen Four

UMD Takes on Harverd Thursday

CHICAGO – The Bulldogs were the first team to take the ice at the United Center Wednesday for practice. UMD will face Harvard Thursday at 5 pm in the Frozen Four semifinals.
Even though this is arguably the biggest game of UMD’s college career so far, the Bulldogs aren’t treating it any differently.
“I’m not going to change what I do on a daily basis, I’m just going to go do my daily routine,” said UMD goalie Hunter Miska.
Miska may not be changing his routine but he made sure to look around at the big stage he will play on Thursday.
“It was pretty cool to be out there today, the big sheet there and obviously the stands were pretty high up there too,” said Miska.
Just one of the experiences the Dogs will have over the next couple days.
“Just being here is a dream come true, I’m just proud of the boys for getting here,” said UMD Senior Alex Iafallo.
The Bulldogs made it to the Frozen Four but according to UMD head coach Scott Sandelin to experience it right, they need a win against the Crimson.
“To really fully truly enjoy this you got to win the first game to experience the whole thing,” said Sandelin.
