Cloquet Community Garden is Ready for the Season

Gardeners in Cloquet have a community spot to grow

CLOQUET, Minn. – There’s a new community garden ready for gardeners in Cloquet. After two years of planning, the Cloquet Community Garden is ready to see some plants this spring. The land for the garden was donated by Zion Lutheran Church, and is available for members of the community who would like a place to plant things.

“Here, it’s available, ready to go,” volunteer Terry Anderson said. “You don’t need expensive tools or anything, and really, just come out and enjoy it.”

The garden also features a cement walkway and raised planters, making it wheelchair–accessible.
