Mayor Larson Happy With Bonding Bill

Steam Plant to be Invested in

DULUTH, Minn.-Duluth Mayor Emily Larson was all smiles today as Duluth is likely to receive funding for a variety of projects including the steam plant in downtown Duluth.

She told us today the legislative session couldn’t have gone any better.

“You can always do Monday morning quarterbacking,” said Duluth Mayor Emily Larson. “The city of Duluth will be wonderfully served by these investments.”
