Children Learn About Science at Discovery Camp

The Camp Goes On All Summer

DULUTH, Minn.- The Duluth Children’s Museum is hosting their Discovery Camp.

The camp helps teach kids about science, math, and the arts in fun and engaging ways. The camp also makes time to get the kids outdoors for a little while. The goal of the camp is to help the kids continue learning while they’re out of school.

“When kids are out of the classroom they still have to have opportunities for learning and what we do here at the Duluth children’s museum is provide some really focused opportunities for play that also have these really really great learning elements,” said Cameron Bloom Kruger, the President of the Duluth Children’s Museum.

The camp goes on all summer, and in August, the museum will be holding specialty camps tailored to specific subjects like Art and history.
