Discussion to Focus on Making Women Better Leaders in Workplace
Aim High Network Hosts Duluth Native Tricia Correia
DULUTH, Minn. – Women and millennials often struggle to find their path in the workplace, even though women make up almost half of the workforce in the United States.
The Aim High Network is bringing in an expert and Duluth native, Tricia Correia, to talk about how women can be better leaders for other women and future generations.
Correia has traveled around the country studying the matter.
She’s found leaders can empower employees to be collaborative and inclusive leaders, use the role of networks and mentors in upward mobility and professional success, and can create a culture that values flexibility and promotes work-life integration.
This discussion is taking place on Thursday, June 29.
Networking and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. and the presentation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Tickets to the luncheon are $30 and can be purchased at aimhighnetwork.org.
