Cloquet Community Garden Celebrates First Harvest

Pot Luck Set For Thursday Afternoon

CLOQUET, Minn.

The newly established Cloquet Community Garden has become quite the hit around town.

Located at the Zion Lutheran Church, the garden consist of 36 different plots that were planted by 26 different community members that grew all sorts of vegetables like tomatoes, onions, beets, corn, and turnips.

Thursday the church plans to celebrate the gardens first grow with a pot luck dinner for all those that spent time in the garden.  Dinner starts at 5 p.m.
