Officials Investigate Fire at Abandoned House in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. —

Fire crews responded to a fire at an abandoned house in Duluth earlier this morning.

The call came in just before 3:30 this morning from the 2800 block of West 3rd Street.

Crews from Lincoln Park and Spirit Valley responded to a house they say had flames on both stories.

No one was injured in the blaze, and the damage is estimated at around $30,000.

And although a neighbor we spoke to said she suspected it was arson, the Duluth fire marshal’s office is still investigating the cause of the fire.
