35-Year Sentence for Killer in Fond du Lac Case

Murder Occured Dec. 23 on Reservation

CARLTON, Minn.-A 34-year-old man was sentenced today for killing another man Dec. 23 on the Fond du Lac Reservation.

Wayne Bosto was sentenced to 35 1/2 years in prison for shooting and killing 36-year-old John Korby.

In July, Bosto plead guilty to second-degree murder for his role in the crime.

He had also been facing a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, but that was dismissed.
