Chisholm City Councilor Accused of Groping Woman

CHISHOLM, Minn. – Chisholm City Councilor Kevin Scaia, 50, is being accused of groping a woman.

The Hibbing Daily Tribune reports Scaia was at a local bar in Chisholm when he allegedly reached around a woman at the bar and grabbed her breasts.

Scaia is set for court Nov. 30 on a fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.

Scaia and his brother, Mayor Todd Scaia, did not return requests for comment Tuesday.
