Boo At The Zoo Kicked Off Today!
Kids & Families Dressed Up And Trick-Or-Treated At The Lake Superior Zoo
DULUTH, Minn. — The annual fundraiser Boo At The Zoo is back in Duluth. It kicked off this afternoon and brought more than 3,000 people to Lake Superior Zoo.
Kiddos and their families dressed up in Halloween costumes to get a little candy!
“It’s a great way to have safe trick or treating and really get the community involved and have people come to the zoo during the fall because it’s a beautiful setting.” explained Lake Superior Zoo Events Coordinator Megan Meyer.
They have everything from magicians, face painting, henna, bounce houses and more! Plus a costume contest multiple times throughout the afternoon.
“My favorite part was going trick or treating and getting some candy in my basket!” said Trick-Or-Treater Ayden Benton.
If you missed it today, you have one more chance to say boo, next Saturday the 21st from 10am-4pm.
