Kids Show Off Creative Costumes For ‘Boo At The Zoo’

DULUTH, Minn.- Northland families got in the Halloween spirit Saturday for the annual Boo at the Zoo celebration.

The Lake Superior Zoo transformed into the Wonka Chocolate Factory.

It was an afternoon filled with costumes and competitions.

Kids were treated to plenty of candy while trick-or-treating throughout the zoo.

“Well Ezraa’s favorite animal is a zebra, so obviously we wanted him to be a zebra,” father Andy Angell said. “We just decided we could be a family of zebras.”

Creative costumes filled the zoo.

First place went to the washer and dryer.

Animals were shown off as well including; lizards, bugs, and other critters.
