Oscar Mayer Wienermobile Arrives in Northland

The Wienermobile will be Appearing at a Number of Events From Friday Until Halloween

DULUTH, Minn. – Oscar Mayer Wiener fans you have the next five days to snap a memorable keepsake picture with the famed Wienermobile.

The vehicle arrived in the Northland Tuesday, but won’t start making public appearances until Friday.

The Wienermobile will be driving through the Duluth area to various events up until Halloween.

Friday it’ll be parked outside Super One Foods near the Miller Hill Mall as Oscar Mayer partners with Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank to collect food donations throughout the weekend.

Driver Sammi Sandwich says getting to drive the Wienermobile is a dream come true.

“We relish the chance to make a pun anytime we can; we think it’s just franktastic anytime we can make a pun. We have buns and buns of fun out on the hot dog highways,” said Sammi.

Second Harvest is giving away a free ride in the vehicle to one lucky winner.
