“Lettuce Meet Up” with the Duluth Community Garden Program

The community garden group holds a meet up every month

DULUTH, Minn. – The Duluth Community Garden Program held their first monthly get–together at Bent Paddle on Tuesday. It’s called “Lettuce Meet Up!” It’s a way for community gardeners to get to know each other, and discuss tips and tricks.

“You can meet people from different gardens, some all the way in west side, some all the way in Chester Park, some out on Arrowhead Road,” said community gardener Starr Brainard. “You can see where everyone is coming from and what they’re doing in different gardens.”

The group will meet up at bent paddle on the first Tuesday of every month, all year long. And anyone is invited to come hang out.
