Earth Rider Brewery Partners With Duluth Coffee Co. For Coffee-Infused Pale Ale

SUPERIOR, Wis. – Earth Rider Brewery in Superior is collaborating with Duluth Coffee Company to create a coffee-infused pale ale.

Brewer Allyson Rolph says it’s a process being done in a way that she has never experienced before.

“They brought in some sample coffees and we tasted them and we built a beer around that,” Rolph said. “So we were able to fill in some holes in a beer that we intentionally created for the coffee.”

The crew at Duluth coffee Company tells us they’re all about partnering with other locally like-minded businesses, and they’re excited to start pouring the new coffee beer in their expanded tap room next to the coffee shop on east Superior Street.

“We want to show people our perception of flavor and our perception of taste and express true quality products, and we are happy to be able to have it on tap when it comes out,” said Charlie Comnick, director of coffee at Duluth Coffee Company.

The new coffee beer is expected to start flowing as early as next week.

And on a side note, you’ll start seeing six packs of canned Earth Rider Beer in liquor stores starting this March.
