Discount Duluth Offers More at Larger Location

Discount Duluth aims to supply affordable big brand products.

DULUTH, Minn.- Two brothers are creating jobs and bringing affordable shopping to their hometown.

Discount Duluth opened one year ago, now the retail shop is moving to a new location. The store is now five times larger than before. Discount Duluth sells overstock big brand products at a discounted price.

“It means a lot to us because we always use to come down here, we never got a ride anywhere, we had to walk and ride our bikes everywhere,” co owner Reed Elling said. “So being here is where we’re from and we want to give the deals we had, that we wish we would have had, to the people that are from here.”

The larger location has a new thrift corner, each product is tested by employees with a detailed quality description. The store sells everything from cleaning products to children’s toys. Discount Duluth offers a 7 day return policy. The shop pens up Saturday at 10 am.
