WCHA Playoffs Begin February 23rd

DULUTH, Minn- The UMD Women’s Hockey team has been on the up-tick as of late, earning a pair of wins from No.6 Ohio State and spiting their most recent home series with the top ranked Badgers. A sweep this weekend secures home ice for UMD in the opening round of the WCHA, and once the regular season ends it’s back to anyone’s game.

Head Coach Maura Crowell saying, “If you look at our league its anyone’s championship, that’s down the line, first things first, we have to take care of Mankato.”
