Ironwood Fire Investigation Continues

Authorities continue to comb through the wreckage to find the cause of the February fire that killed three.

IRONWOOD, Mich. – According to this report from WLUC in Marquette, authorities continue to investigate into the February fire in Ironwood that killed three people.

New details continue to emerge as law enforcement agencies look into the details of the calls made in the early morning hours of February 21st.

The cause of the fire remains unknown; however authorities are continuing their efforts to comb through the wreckage for any signs that point to the cause of the fire.

Ironwood Public Safety thanked the community for their continued support during the investigations which has been difficult for personnel due to the extensive fire damage and poor weather conditions.
