Linda Jurek, Executive Director of Visit Cook County, Offers Multiple Upcoming Events for Visitors to Check Out this Summer

DULUTH, Minn. – Summer in the Northland can be one of the most beautiful times of the year and up the North Shore, there’s no shortage of entertainment when it comes to celebrating what the area has to offer.

Linda Jurek, Executive Director of Visit Cook County, stopped by FOX 21 Local News to chat about a few upcoming events at the end of June and into July.

Jurek says on June 28, a special event will welcome the public to see the brand new $4.6 million dollar renovations at Superior National Golf Course in Lutsen.

July 21-22 will play host to the North Shore Water Festival in Grand Marais, situated along Lake Superior’s breathtaking shoreline.

The Stars of the North Music Festival will be happening July 27-29 at Harbor Park in Grand Marais.
