Vice President Pence To Visit Duluth Wednesday Morning

All of Pence's stops will be closed to the public.

DULUTH, Minn. – Vice President Mike Pence will be making a quick stop in Duluth on Wednesday, but there will not be any appearances that are open to the public.

Pence will get to Duluth around 11 a.m. and go straight to a private fundraising event for Republican Congressional Candidate Pete Stauber.

He will then visit Industrial Weldors and Machinists, Inc. to promote President Trump’s tax reform policies. Pence will speak to the workers there and tour the facility upon arrival. The workers there have been busy preparing and are excited for the visit.

“I did not believe it. They asked and I jokingly said sure, we’d be glad to have him. A couple days later they called and said he was going to come so we were very surprised,” IWM President Randy Aberneithy said of finding out that Pence would be visiting his business.

Pence will then head to Michigan right after for a rally.
