UMD Men’s Hockey No Longer Number One

After a subpar opening weekend, the Bulldogs fall in the latest poll.

DULUTH, Minn. – After failing to get a win over the weekend, the UMD men’s hockey team are no longer the number one team in the country.

This week, the Bulldogs come in at #3 in the latest poll. Ohio State is the new number one, followed by Notre Dame and then UMD. The Gophers jumped to number six after snapping an eight-game losing streak to the Bulldogs.

Next up for UMD is a road trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan as they take on 14th–ranked Michigan Tech.
