No.5 Auggies Break No.10 Saints 6 Game Win Streak

St. Scholastica falls to Augsburg 6-3.

DULUTH, Minn.- Despite an early and strong lead, St. Scholastica fell to Augsburg 6-3 Saturday evening.

Michael Talbot and Cole Golka scored in the first period while Sam Fuss added one in the second. Nick Trenciansky started in net with 24 saves and allowing 5 goals. Trenciansky was relieved by Zane Steeves who recorded 4 saves on the night.

The Saints fall to 8-2-1 on the season. After the holiday break, CSS will get back to work on December 29th to face Marian in the Superior Showdown.
