DULUTH, Minn.-The Duluth Airshow has announced that the United States Air Force will send the F-35 Lighting II Demonstration Team to perform during this summer’s Duluth Airshow which will take place July 20-21 at the Duluth International Airport.

“We were very fortunate that Air Education Training Command (AETC) and Air Combat Command (ACC) selected us to host the most sought after single ship demonstration team in their first year of operation,” said Airshow President Ryan Kern.  “We hope that we can showcase the F-35A and share with the public the capabilities of this aircraft and what Duluth could potentially see down the road for our own local 148th.”

In addition to the F-35s the United States Navy Blue Angels will headline this year’s event.
