New Housing, Retail Development Breaks Ground

Ground has been broken in the heart of downtown Superior

SUPERIOR, Wis.- Ground has been broken for a new housing and retail development in the heart of downtown Superior.

Crews are now on site of the property along Belknap Street, where Central High School once stood. The 130 unit complex called “Central Flats” will offer one, two and three bedroom apartments beginning at $850 dollars a month. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
