Current Duluth School District Superintendent Offered New Job

SAINT PETER, Minn. – Current Duluth School District Superintendent Bill Gronseth has been extended an offer to become the next superintendent of the Saint Peter School District.

Gronseth made the decision to step down as Duluth’s superintendent when his contract is up in June.

According to the 508 District website, their school board made the decision Thursday evening during a special meeting.

Gronseth beat out two other finalists for the position and is now in the negotiation process.

The Duluth school board is currently searching for replacement candidates.
