UMD’s Haleigh Reindl Named Women’s Indoor Track All-American

The sophomore was set to compete in her second NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships before they were canceled due to COVID-19.

DULUTH, Minn. – UMD runner Haleigh Reindl has been named a Women’s Indoor Track All-American by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). This is Reindl’s first All-American honor.

Reindl had a strong sophomore season with the Bulldogs and was set to make her second appearance at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships before they were canceled due to COVID-19. She was ranked seventh in that 19 runner field in the 800-meter run.

Reindl was also named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team and was the NSIC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week back in January.
