UMD Hockey Great Caroline Ouellette Named Interim Head Coach at Concordia University

She is stepping in for her wife Julie Chu, who will be on maternity leave after the birth of their second child back in May.

MONTREAL, Canada – Former UMD women’s hockey legend Caroline Ouellette has been named interim head coach of the Concordia University women’s hockey team, which is located in her hometown of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

She is stepping in for her wife Julie Chu, who will be on maternity leave after the birth of their second child back in May. Ouellette has been on the Stingers’ coaching staff since 2012. She retired from pro competition back in 2018.
