Duluth Police Looking for Suspect in Stabbing

The suspect reportedly fled the scene and has not yet been identified.

DULUTH, Minn.– On May 5th at 6:03pm, Duluth Police were called to an address in the 500 block of West 4th Street on a report of a female who had been stabbed and another male who had a broken leg.  The suspect reportedly fled the scene and has not yet been identified.

The female victim was transported from the scene to the hospital by a private vehicle prior to the arrival of Police, and she is being treated at a local hospital with critical injuries.  The male who broke his leg stated that he suffered the injury in the commotion of the incident, and he is being treated at a local hospital.

According to the DPD, this investigation is on-going and no further information is available at this time.
